Olympic Locksmiths Pty Limited was founded
over 30-years ago in the central Sydney location of Gladesville.
Then known as Gladesville Locksmiths the company grew over
the years to one of the premium locksmith companies in Sydney.
The company was sold to the current owner
operators on 1 January 2001.Then with just 8 employees and
a need to update the technology and systems for the 21st Century,
Peter &Marina Lloyd embarked on
a

continuous improvement process
and invested funds to implement new vehicles, computerised
machinery, usable stock, computer networks , work stations
and software but most importantly Peter not only provided
a new and great work environment for the staff but invested
in quality staff to service the broad customer base of Olympic
Locksmiths Pty Limited.
Olympic Locksmiths Pty Limited now employs
a total of 23 young Australians and has given a true meaning
to servicing the Sydney basin. From our now, 2 locations,
Olympic Locksmiths at Gladesville and Olympic Locksmiths or
Nepean Locksmiths at Penrith, we can service our large customer
base including large corporate customers and their facilities,
Strata management companies, real-estate companies, Public
& Private Health facilities, the hospitality industry,
Olympic venues around Sydney, the film and entertainment industry,
State & Local Council facilities, Australian financial
institutions, the fast food industry, NSW club and Gaming
Machine clients and some Department Of Defense facilities
in NSW & ACT.
Olympic Locksmiths specialise in the planning,
building and installation of large security master key systems
and the supply and maintenance of the commercial door hardware
sector in all aspects of business today. Importantly with
this type work, we have the staff and expertise to complete
the work required. These days it is important that your Locksmith
is familiar with the domestic and commercial side of Locksmithing.
There is a great difference in knowing your building codes
for public areas, working on plate glass doors, floor springs
and exit devices compared to the domestic Locksmithing arena.
Also where specialist product is needed, Olympic Locksmiths
has an in-house engineer and workshop which is able to machine
parts or product for various specialties to minimise any obstacles
that may occur during the installation of the master key systems.
